UI/UX redesign and visual communication of MarTech AI platform
Illustrate and segment to understand
Pathmonk has a leading product: its AI engine increases conversions by 50 to 60% on average, cookieless and in real-time. The problem wasn't the product, but the communication. Potential users arrived at the website without understanding what specific solution Pathmonk brought to them or which of its tools solved their specific problem.
A platform competing with Google Analytics and promising hyper-personalized experiences cannot afford to lose clients due to a lack of visual clarity. The challenge was to communicate a highly sophisticated product through a clear and understandable visual language using infographics and contextualized educational content.
Roles
Visual communication for complex technology
The work was organized on two fronts. First, redesigning the website and blog on WordPress/Elementor with a new visual system aimed at conveying technological rigor and B2B credibility: better hierarchical clarity, improved reading flow, and specific landing pages for each vertical—SaaS, e-Commerce, Agencies—with graphical assets adapted to each segment.
Second, a massive campaign of infographics designed in Figma to remove the product's cognitive barriers. Over 90 graphical pieces explain the logic of each module and feature—from predictive segmentation to funnel optimization—with a visual language consistent across the interface and explanatory materials. The AI Agent landing page (Jun-Nov 2025) condensed that approach: custom iconography and flow infographics for a complex new product, explained without technical jargon.
A new user experience that converts
The redesign had a direct impact on product comprehension and new client onboarding. A clearer interface and a coherent infographic system reduced technical support queries and improved the user's ability to identify which Pathmonk solution addressed their specific case.
