A digital ecosystem for business transformation.

bChange needed more than just a corporate website. With a presence in 13 countries and more than 5,000 active users, the company found itself with the paradox of having a product with real impact but without visual coherence, solid metrics or scalable architecture. The challenge was to convert a traditionally consultative process into a SaaS experience capable of providing simultaneous service to profiles as different as senior management or operational staff.

Three main challenges comprised the challenge: converting subjective perceptions about change into measurable data (People Intelligence), unify commercial acquisition, administrative management and the learning experience in a single interconnected environment and, finally, maintain the engagement of the end user in a 100% digital environment through an immersive experience of typeStoryLearning.

The identity, which was already given to us, was built on two fused metaphors: water as "adaptability" —be liquid— and space travel as "structured progression." The three-module program—Takeoff, Flight, Landing—articulated the entire information architecture, from onboarding to the launch of the last phases. Organic shapes, without right angles, deep blue with orange and mint green accents, invited us to participate in a relaxed and immersive way. A visual system that maintained the tone, but without falling into the clichés of the HR sector.

At the product level, the ecosystem was developed on four fronts on a core API in Node.js and MongoDB:

  1. A conversion-oriented commercial website with 100% digital onboarding and Stripe integration for SMEs to purchase and configure licenses autonomously;
  2. Backoffice panels for administration and client companies with visualization of KPIs in real time;
  3. A platform for Partners with KYC validation;
  4. And an App designed from scratch for staff, which combines cinematic-style videos with didactic challenges from the three modules of the program—Intrapersonal, Interpersonal and Transversal—generating automatic, anonymous and ultra-detailed results reports.
Each platform with its own logic, but all recognizable as part of the same system.

The redesign finally unified the 4 platforms under a single digital ecosystem, and prepared the product to scale without redesigning from scratch in each new market. The impact was immediate: more than 70 corporate clients—including IBEX 35 companies and multinationals—adopted the platform, with a 91% completion rate among users who started the program and more than 5K users managed systemically since launch.
