Grupo Educare is a group of schools specializing in educational innovation. The main goal was to improve an obsolete platform to more effectively report on their services and facilitate procedures for parents, as well as offer daily updated information on dining menus, extracurricular activities, events, and other news of interest.
The process
Following the redesign in Figma and responsive prototyping, I developed a custom Multi-Site WordPress theme from scratch. This gave them total control, as they could manage all schools from a single control panel. In the frontend development phase, I prioritized loading speed (LCP under 1.2s) to ensure optimal performance.
