For this project carried out for Salomon Spain, I was in charge of the strategic restructuring of inventories to optimize the end user experience. My job consisted of efficiently categorizing the brand's ski equipment, ensuring that both product availability and asset management were aligned with the quality standards and technical precision that characterize Salomon.
Additionally, this project allowed me to delve deeper into inventory data analysis to forecast seasonal needs and improve the end-user experience. Thanks to the implementation of more agile control systems, we achieved a significant reduction in response times to demand, ensuring that each client received the most appropriate technical equipment for their specific track performance needs.
