AI applied in your workflow.
With senior judgement.
I integrate AI models and agents into real workflows since 2024.
I design custom solutions that optimise processes and results.
80% of teams use AI without a method. And the result is usually inconsistent.
Since 2024 I've seen the same pattern repeat in design teams of all sizes: AI tools are adopted with enthusiasm, mediocre or unpredictable results are generated, and after three months the team returns to its previous workflow convinced that "AI doesn't work for serious design".
The problem is not the tool. It's that no one has defined:
- Which tasks make sense to delegate to AI, and which do not
- How to integrate outputs into a real workflow
- Where expert judgment must intervene for the result to be professional
That's what I do: I don't teach you how to use a tool, I help you build a workflow where AI accelerates what it can accelerate, and the criteria stays where it needs to be.
Three ways to work together
AI Workflow Audit
I detect where AI can truly help you — and where it's slowing you down.
I analyze how your team currently works: what tasks are repeated, how much time they consume, what quality they require. I identify the points where AI generates real value and the points where trying to automate only adds noise.
- Deliverable: report with opportunity map, recommended tools per use case, and prioritization by impact vs implementation effort
- For whom: design agencies, creative studios, marketing teams with in-house designers
- Duration: 1-2 weeks
Implementation and training
From diagnosis to workflow running in production.
I configure the tools, create the prompts and specific workflows for your case, and train your team to use them with criteria — not with blind dependence. The goal is that at the end of the process your team knows what the tool does, why, and when not to use it.
- Deliverable: documented workflows, library of tested prompts, practical training session, 30-day post-implementation support.
- For whom: teams that have done the audit or already know what they want to implement.
- Duration: 2-4 weeks depending on scope.
Accelerated production with AI
The same results, in less time — for projects with real deadlines.
For clients who simply need the job done well and fast. I use AI in my own production workflow to deliver brand design, web and visual assets in shorter times without sacrificing quality or criteria. It's not magic: it's 19 years of trained eye plus the right tools.
- When it makes sense: projects with tight timelines, seasonal campaigns, rapid iterations on an already defined visual system.
How you use AI makes the difference
If you hire someone who delegates everything to AI, you get work that works today and breaks tomorrow. If you hire someone who doesn't use AI, you pay more time for the same result. The sweet spot is senior criteria + correct tools.
What I delegate in production:
- SASS boilerplate and repetitive code structures
- Copy variations for tests
- Initial research of competition and references
- Technical documentation and code comments
- Visual placeholders and work-in-progress images
What I NEVER delegate:
- Information architecture: how content is organized and what flow the user follows
- Accessibility decisions: WCAG is not an automatic checklist, it is situational criteria
- The design system: tokens, components, visual hierarchy, global coherence
- Final aesthetic criteria: a color works depending on brand, industry, audience and moment
- Business logic: why a button goes here, why this form has three steps
Be honest with yourself before contacting
This service makes sense if:
- Your team already designs, but wants to produce more with the same resources
- You've been trying AI tools without a clear system and the results are inconsistent
- You have a specific project with a tight deadline and need speed without losing quality
- You are freelance and want to integrate AI in your workflow without losing your voice as a designer
This service makes NO sense if:
- You are looking for AI to do the design for you without criteria or human supervision
- You expect to reduce the design budget to zero using automated tools
- You need massive training for a team of more than 20 people — there are more scalable options for that
- You want results in 48 hours without context or briefing — that doesn't work with or without AI
Main tools: Claude Code for development, Nano Banana and Magnific AI Spaces for generative design, Figma AI for components. Some have a free plan; others require a licence. We determine which tools make sense for your specific case.
Especially for small teams. A 3-person agency or a studio of 5 can gain proportionally much more productivity than a large company. ROI is faster when there's less bureaucracy.
It depends on the starting point. In direct implementation projects, the first working production flows are ready in 2 or 3 weeks. In audits, the deliverable arrives in 1 or 2 weeks. Measurable changes from the first month.
A course teaches you to use a tool in controlled exercises. This is real work in your real context: your tools, your clients, your deadlines, your quality standards.
