AI applied in your workflow.
With senior criteria.
I've been integrating AI tools into real design flows since 2024, and I know what works and what's hype. That's why I design AI processes and applications tailored to you.
80% of teams use methodless AI.And the result is usually inconsistent.
Since 2024, I've seen the same pattern repeat itself in design teams of all sizes: AI tools are enthusiastically adopted, mediocre or unpredictable results are generated, and after three months the team returns to its previous flow convinced that "AI doesn't work for serious design."
The problem is not the tool. Nobody has defined:
- Which tasks make sense to delegate to AI, and which don't
- How to integrate outputs into a real workflow
- Where expert judgment has to intervene so that the result is professional
That's what I do: I don't teach you how to use a tool,I help you build a workflowwhere AI accelerates what it can accelerate, and the criteria remains where they should be.
Three ways to work together
AI Workflow Audit
I see where AI can really help you — and where it's holding you back.
I analyze how your team currently works: what tasks are repeated, how much time they consume, what quality they require. I identify the points where AI creates real value and the points where trying to automate only adds noise.
- Deliverable:report with opportunity map, recommended tools by use case, and prioritization by impact vs implementation effort
- For whom:design agencies, creative studios, marketing teams with in-house designer
- Duration:1-2 weeks
Implementation and training
From diagnosis to flow running in production.
I configure the tools, create the prompts and workflows specific to your case, and train your team to use them judiciously — not blindly. The goal is that at the end of the process your team knows what the tool does, why, and when not to use it.
- Deliverable:Documented flows, tested prompt library, hands-on training session, 30-day post-implementation support.
- For whom:teams that have done the audit or that already know what they want to implement.
- Duration:2-4 weeks depending on scope.
Accelerated production with AI
The same results, in less time — for projects with a real deadline.
For clients who simply need the job done well and quickly. I use AI in my own production pipeline to deliver brand design, web design, and visual assets in shorter timeframes without sacrificing quality or judgment. It's not magic: it's 19 years of a trained eye plus the right tools.
- When it makes sense:projects with tight timelines, seasonal campaigns, rapid iterations on an already defined visual system.
How you use AI makes a difference
If you hire someone who delegates everything to AI, you get work that works today and breaks tomorrow. If you hire someone who doesn't use AI, you pay more time for the same result. The sweet spot is senior judgment + right tools.
What I delegate in production:
- SASS Boilerplateand repetitive code structures
- Copy variationsfor tests
- Initial researchcompetence and references
- Technical documentationand code comments
- Visual placeholdersand images of work in progress
What I NEVER delegate:
- The information architecture:how the content is organized and what flow the user follows
- Accessibility decisions:WCAG is not an automatic checklist, it is situational criteria
- The design system:tokens, components, visual hierarchy, global coherence
- The final aesthetic criterion:a color works according to brand, industry, audience and moment
- The business logic:why a button goes here, why this form has three steps
Be honest with yourself before contacting
This service makes sense if:
- Your team already designs, but wants to produce more with the same resources
- You have been testing AI tools without a clear system and the results are inconsistent
- You have a specific project with a tight deadline and you need speed without losing quality
- You are a freelancer and want to integrate AI into your flow without losing your voice as a designer
This service does NOT make sense if:
- You want AI to do the design for you without human judgment or supervision
- You hope to reduce the design budget to zero using automated tools
- You need massive training for a team of more than 20 people — for that there are more scalable options
- You want results in 48 hours without context or briefing — that doesn't work with AI or without it
Frequently asked questions
The main tools I work with: Claude Code for development, Nano Banana and Magnific AI Spaces for generative design, Figma AI for components. Some have a free plan enough to get started; others require a paid license. The first thing we do is determine which tools make sense for your specific case — not all of them are necessary for all projects.
Especially for small teams. An agency of 3 people or a studio of 5 can gain much greater productivity proportionality than a large company with slow adoption processes. ROI is faster when there is less bureaucracy between diagnosis and implementation.
It depends on the starting point. In direct implementation projects, the first flows running in production are available in 2 or 3 weeks. In audits, the deliverable arrives in 1 or 2 weeks, and the subsequent implementation is up to you. I do not promise transformations in 48 hours, but I do promise measurable changes from the first month.
One course teaches you how to use a tool in controlled exercises. This is real work in your real context: your tools, your clients, your deadlines, your quality standards. The difference between knowing how to use AI and having an AI-enabled production pipeline integrated into your actual delivery is huge, and that leap is exactly what I cover.
